Kim March serves as the Chief Resource Officer at JobFinders. March joined the company in 2019 after a 25+ year connection with the owner. March has a background as an entrepreneur, VP of Operations/Finance, and CFO positions with a specialty in getting “start-ups” off the ground. Her expertise includes human resources, relationship management, finance & accounting, strategic management, and working as a legal liaison with outside legal counsel.
Being a native Columbian, Kim has volunteered with many organizations. She became interested in Welcome Home, an organization that serves the needs of veterans. She eventually became the not for profit’s Controller.
