The go-to staffing partner since 1986

With a simple yet powerful idea to launch a partnership-based staffing business, entrepreneur Anne Williams embarked on a journey to genuinely help connect people to meaningful jobs.

That idea turned into reality in August of 1986 when JobFinders Employment Services was officially born. Clients, customers, and the community grew to love the partnership-centered focus of this small, yet mighty Missouri recruiting firm.

JobFinders continued to build lasting partnerships over the years, adding more solutions along the way to meet the growing needs of multiple communities, including temporary, full-time, trail-to-hire, and contract employment services.

The business was positioned for continual growth, but then the economic recession of 2007 occurred. Despite the national hardship, JobFinders continued to support the surrounding communities, helping businesses and employees solve complex employment challenges. This certainly wouldn’t be the last major economic challenge for the company.

In March of 2020, the planetary crisis of COVID-19 impacted a vast majority of the Missouri workforce. JobFinders rose to the challenge and got to work, helping connect businesses with essential workers. Despite a handful of setbacks, the company continues to achieve steady growth.

Today, JobFinders is one of the most recognized names in staffing throughout Missouri. With awards spanning Inc.
