Unlike many other firms, the costs of marketing your opportunity to find the best candidate are very low.  Our standard retainer is $1500 per search, but this cost is scalable based on the number of opportunities your organization is trying to fill.  Our marketing campaign is not a profit center for our firm and is guaranteed to be low cost and customized to fit your budget.  We do not charge monthly fees.  Our standard charges are $1500 per interview, up to a maximum of 5 interviews.  However, unlike other firms, our recruiters are not incentivized to get you to interview just any candidate.  They are not compensated for interviews and the interview fees you have paid JF Medical are deducted from the final placement fee. At JF Medical, you get all of the services of a retained firm with a cost that is much closer to that of a traditional contingent firm.  We know that in this tough economy, clients need to be budget conscious and we want to help you grow your business while we grow ours through a mutually beneficial partnership.
